Here is a simple tip, that I received from one of my learning group, Tiffany Baron (from Six Minutes To Success). It is so simple, you would wonder...
USE THE POWER OF A LIST
One must not underestimate the power of a list in managing each day (week, month and so on).
So, keep handy a small notebook or pad paper and a pen or pencil.
If you prefer to go high-tech, use the notes function of your mobile phone or similar device -- you can even set an alarm, if you want.
Personally, I prefer the pad & paper list -- call me old school, but it gives me such a gratification when I check out, literally, placing a check-mark on, each task item that I complete.
Checking out the list, would give you such a feeling of achievement.
Remember, that the purpose of the list is to guide one to what needs to be done at a particular point in time -- put it into immediate practice and make it a habit.
Finally, a quote from Bob Proctor, Simply put, listing something does not mean accomplishing it -- you need to act "Doing at once what needs to be done, increases the probability of success."NOW with what deems important in the now. An anti-procrastination statement indeed! :)
